We currently ship domestically within the United States only.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be handed off to the carrier for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Origin
All orders ship from Chula Vista, California.
Shipping Carriers and Methods
We ship using USPS and, in some cases, UPS.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders of $60 or more where shipping costs are $15 or less. If shipping exceeds $15, standard carrier rates will apply.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your package has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays, including delays caused by weather, holidays, or operational issues.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking, which will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we will make it right. Please contact us at support@triplezero.pro with your order number and any relevant photos so we can assist you.
Carrier delays are outside of our control and are not eligible for compensation.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be reshipped.
