How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on the method you selected at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us. You can also track it through our website, link in the menu section.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We try to process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us at support@triplezero.pro ASAP!

What’s your return policy?

All sales final. You can exchange for a different size/style within 7 days of receiving your order — item must be unworn and unwashed. Store credit available if exchange not possible. We cover shipping on your first exchange.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Go to the contact page or email us at support@triplezero.pro with your order number and reason for return.

How do your sizes run?

Sizes will be explained in the product description of each product as some items might fit differently, if you are torn on what size to get feel free to contact us and we will assist you!

How should I wash/care for my item?

We always recommend washing with cold water, like colors, and hang drying. Running through the dryer will risk it shrinking and faded coloring.
