Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery, based on the delivery date shown by the carrier. You may choose a refund to your original form of payment or an exchange for a different size or style. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors (including smoke, deodorant, or fragrance), free of stains or damage, and returned in original condition (including original packaging if applicable). We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or style is unavailable, you may select another available item of equal value or receive store credit for the value of the item. Store credit is issued as a digital code and never expires.

We cover shipping on your first exchange only (one exchange per order). Any additional exchanges, exchange-related shipping costs, or return shipping for refunds are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@triplezero.pro and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and (if applicable) the requested size or style. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

After we receive your return, please allow 3–7 business days for inspection and processing. Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment, and approved exchanges will ship after processing — tracking information will be sent via email.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for items that have been worn or washed, returned outside the 10-day window, damaged due to customer handling, or sent back without an approved return/exchange request.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@triplezero.pro within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
